JAMMU, Dec 6: In a significant development, Chenab Valley Power Projects Limited (CVPPL) has signed Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) for off-take of power from its 624MW Kiru HE Project at Vadodara, Gujarat.
The Agreement was signed today by J J Gandhi, GM (Commerce) on behalf of GUVNL and Amrik Singh, General Manager (Planning) on behalf of CVPPL. The PPA shall remain valid for a period of 40 years from the date of commercial operation of this project.
