UDHAMPUR, Nov 27: In four different complaints, Cyber Cell of District Police Udhampur recovered and refunded an amount of Rs 1,45,330.
After receiving the complaints, a team of Cyber Cell DPO Udhampur swung into action and initiated the process for reversal of the defrauded amount. As a result, Rs 1,45,330/- of the total cheated amount was recovered and credited to the victims account.
SSP Udhampur, Amod Nagpure has appealed to the general public to remain extra vigilant and report promptly to the National Helpline number 1930 or Cyber Cell Udhampur helpline number 9103996429 if any suspicious call is noticed.
