RAJOURI, Dec 7: The Cyber Cell of District Police Rajouri, under the leadership of SSP Rajouri, Gaurav Sikarwar, successfully recovered defrauded money amounting to a total of Rs 1,79,310 in multiple online fraud cases.
In one case, the Cyber Investigation Unit recovered Rs 40,000 from a fraudulent transaction after conducting a meticulous investigation. Similarly, in three other complaints, the team recovered an additional Rs 1,39,310, showcasing their dedication and effectiveness in addressing cybercrimes.
Sharing the information, SSP Rajouri has emphasized the importance of public awareness in combating cybercrime and urged citizens to stay vigilant against online fraud.
