JAMMU, July 30: The Cyber Cell of Jammu and Kashmir Police has recovered Rs 1 lakh from an online fraudster.
A Cyber Cell official said that a complainant approached them claiming he was duped by an online fraudster on the pretext of investing Rs 1 lakh in trading.
Soon after investing, he said, the victim lost his hard-earned amount to the fraud.
Acting on the written application, the Cyber Cell started investigation into the case and recovered the lost amount of Rs 1 lakh.
