JAMMU, June 19: The Cyber Cell of Jammu and Kashmir Police today claimed to have solved two complaints of online frauds.
In one case, the complainant invested Rs 1,58,000 online, gradually loosing the huge amount to the online fraudster.
Another complaint involved a complainant who paid Rs 27000 to a fraudster to get some loan sanctioned in his favour.
After hectic investigation, the Cyber Cell of DPO Jammu put on hold an amount of Rs 1,71,896 out of total 1,85,095 cheated from the complainants separately.
Further investigation in both the cases is underway.
