JAMMU, Aug 6: Doordarshan Approved Drama Artists Association (DADAA) here today organised signatures campaign in R.S Pura to seek support of the general public for Satellite Duggar Channel in Jammu region.
DADAA team comprising J.S Babli, president; Madan Rangila, vice president; Janak Khajuria, spokesperson; Dr. Kamal Sharma, Harbans Sharma and Shambhu Ram were part of the signatures campaign in which a significant number of people from various walks of life and remote border areas of R.S Pura signed in support of Satellite Duggar Channel and assured full support for the noble cause.
Speaking on the occasion DADAA president, J.S Babli highlighted the importance of Satellite Duggar Channel and said that this channel is essential to promote Dogri language along with the art and culture of Duggar land.
Madan Rangila said that they will continue the struggle until the target is achieved.
Others present in the campaign were Shamsher Singh Chohalvi, Darvender Kumar, Krishan Lal, Kala Jat and Shambhu Ram Payasa.
