JAMMU, June 16: Doordarshan Approved Drama Artists Association (DADAA) here today organized 2nd Television & Theatre Acting Workshop of 15 days for the budding artists.
The workshop was inaugurated by Prem Sagar Gupta, General Secretary, Dogra Sadar Sabha and Vinod Bhan, Director Doordarshan Kendra Jammu.
J.S Babli, DADAA president while welcoming the guests and participants, highlighted the need and importance of such workshop for budding artists interested to excel in the field of Television & Theatre acting.
Sandeshvir, General Secretary DADAA presented the account of activities of DADAA since the day of its birth.
He also informed about the struggle of DADAA since 1999 for ‘Duggar Channel’ and talked on the importance of Duggar Channel for Jammu region.
The workshop shall be coordinated by Janak Khajuria and Madan Rangila, senior artist
Participants in the workshop are Alliena Singh, Suhani, Nidhi, Prakriti, Sunidhi, Vansh, Maniyka Nagotra, Shub Kumar, Vanshika Nagotra, Muskan, Kartik Kerni, Kanhaiya Dutta, Bhoomi Thaper, Sant Baksh Singh, Rishiv Sharma, Hiten Jamwal, Hari Gupta, Om Gupta, Nikhil Sharma, Enanya Sharma and Ruteshwar Chohan.
