NEW DELHI, Apr 1: In a proud moment for Jammu, Om Parkash Daloutra, HC CBI ACB Jammu, was conferred with prestigious President’s Police Medal for distinguished service on the Foundation Day of CBI which was celebrated with a significant focus on advancements in law enforcement and anti-corruption efforts.
Unwavering commitment, exceptional investigative skills and dedication of Daloutra to uphold justice have earned him this esteemed recognition. He was awarded for his exemplary performance in conducting fast and efficient investigations, ensuring timely justice in crucial cases.
Daloutra has been an integral part of the CBI’s mission to combat corruption and ensure accountability.
The event, held at Bharat Mandapam, was graced by Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, who delivered a lecture on the theme ‘Viksit Bharat @ 2047 – A Roadmap for CBI’. The ceremony also marked the recognition of several other officers for their outstanding service.
CBI Director, Praveen Sood hailed 2024 as a transformative year for law enforcement, with the introduction of BHARATPOL enhancing seamless communication between agencies nationwide.
Tribute were also paid to CBI founder, late Dharamnath Prasad Kohli.
