Damaged road repaired by JMC Councillor

JAMMU, July 21: A road got damaged due to rain and flash floods has been repaired by Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) Councillor Pritam Singh with the help of JMC Commissioner, Avny Lavasa at New Shanti Nagar in Ward 50, here today.
Speaking on the occasion, the Councillor said that the potholes which were developed on the said road due to heavy rainfall and flash flood, have been filled with rubbles and sand with the help of Transport Wing of the JMC, so that the locals will not face any inconvenience due to dilapidated condition of the road.
He thanked the JMC Commissioner for repairing the road on a temporary basis and urged her to blacktop the road as soon as possible, so that the general public shall not suffer.
Anil Kumar, Ashok Kumar, Pardeep Kumar, Chote Lal, Neeraj, Vicky Kumar, Varun, Raj Kumari, Puja, Sunana, Rani Devi and Sudha were also present there.
