DAP will fight for rights of locals of J&K: Vinod Mishra

SAMBA, Nov 8: Democratic Azad Party organized a public meeting at Sumb in Samba district, which was addressed by DAP founder member Vinod Mishra and others.
Speaking on the occasion, Vinod Mishra said that DAP will fight for the rights of local people of J&K and restoration of statehood along with safeguarding the land right of the masses of Jammu and Kashmir.
He said Ghulam Nabi Azad is the first choice of masses as Chief Minister of J&K as it was during the tenure of Mr Azad as CM and Union Minister that large scale developmental work were initiated here, especially in Jammu division. He recalled that creation of four new districts was a gift by Azad to the masses of J&K.
Mishra also highlighted some locals issues and urged the higher authorities for early completion of Sumb, Goran , Soram road besides adequate supply of drinking water and power in these areas.
Others, who addressed the gathering, included Thakur Raghubeer Singh, Sarpanch Dr Bansi Lal, Tilak Taj and Balbir Singh.
