JAMMU, June 14: Defence Accounts Pensioners Welfare Association (DAPWA), Jammu today celebrated its first raising day at community hall of PCDA (NC) Jammu complex.
DR Negi, IDAS, PCDA (NC) Jammu was the chief guest on the occasion while the function was presided over by RK Dogra, patron of the association. A cultural and recreational programme was presented by VD Triyal.
In his welcome address, SM Shridhar (chairman of the association), described the main concept and purpose of formation of the association, and result achieved during last two years.
The function concluded with presentation of mementoes to all the members by the chief guest.
