JAMMU, Dec 2: Accusing major political parties of exploiting youth of the State for vested interests, Socialistic Democratic Party’s (SDP) young leader, Dr Darakhshan Andrabi today asked the youth force to initiate a political revolution in the State.
Addressing a public gathering at New Plots, in Jammu West Assembly Constituency, represented by Prof Chaman Lal Gupta here today, Dr Darakhshan said that during elections these politicians make tall claims and give assurances to the youth force to do anything for them, just  to ensure their success and  then after getting power, they forget those stairs (youth force), due to whom they reach to the high seats of power. This way, the hapless educated unemployed youth are being exploited by these dishonest politicians for years.
She appealed the youth force of the State to initiate a major political change in the State and turn the table on these major political parties, which are  befooling them for their vested interests since long. Dr Darakhshan said there was great need to ensure economic security to the educated unemployed youth. She said the ‘so called’ new employment policy framed by National Conference led Government have proved has hollow slogan and  a big joke with the youth of the State.

For a leader it was not worth boosting to build a new road with Central assistance and then propagate this beyond magnitude to score electoral marks but the leadership qualities demand a compact vision for integrated evolution and development of the State,’’ she added.
Party general secretary Ajay Sharma, Youth Wing president Gursagar Singh, other functionaries -Sanjay Manhas, Deep Ranotra, Munish Gupta, Vishal Choudhary and Balwinder Singh also addressed the gathering.
