DARHAL, Dec 18: Senior National Conference (NC) leader and party candidate for Darhal constituency, Choudhary Liaqat Ali today reiterated his party’s commitment to development the far-flung and remote areas of the constituency, saying the constituency has suffered due to mis-representation during the past six years.
Addressing an impressive rally at Kotranka, Choudhry Liaqat Ali said that Darhal has not developed the way it should have because its genuine aspirations did not find adequate projection because of mis-representation.
‘Despite that the Omar led Government left no stone unturned to ensure upgradation of roads and improving the utility services during the past six years, the roads of the constituency are in pathetic condition,” he said and urged the people to see for themselves how they were left in lurch by the chosen representative.
He also referred to the achievements of the Omar led Government during the past six years and described the new administrative units as a revolutionary measure to take the administration at the door steps of the people. He also referred to the new administrative units sanctioned for Darhal Assembly Constituency.
Seeking vote in his favour, he said if elected to power, he will highlight the issues of the constituency in the State Assembly and fight for their redressal.
