SRINAGAR, Aug 22: States Taxes Department has extended the last date for furnishing return in the Form GSTR-3B for month of July 2019 up to September 20 so that trade and industry get more time to file their returns.
Meanwhile, department has notified that the return of in Form GSTRB-3B for the month of July 2019 for registered persons whose principal place of business is in Jammu and Kashmir shall be furnished electronically through common portal on or before September 20, 2019.
The notification shall deem to have come into force with effect from August 20, 2019.
