JAMMU, Dec 20: In a contempt petition filed by AV Gupta, a Division Bench of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court comprising Chief Justice N Kotiswar Singh and Justice Moksha Khajuria Kazmi has directed Senior AAG to report instructions on next date of hearing as to what is preventing the respondents from installing the PET Scan Machinery in Government Medical College, Jammu.
After hearing Advocate Ajay Sharma for the petitioner, the DB ordered, “in case satisfactory answer is not made on the next date of hearing, we may direct the presence of the concerned person responsible for the same”.
