JAMMU, May 24: In a petition filed by Joginder Singh, Bench Secretary of the High Court regarding dearth of staff in the courts, Division Bench of State High Court comprising Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur and Justice Sanjay Kumar Gupta has sought to know the outcome of the meeting that was supposed to be convened on March 20, 2018.
After hearing Joginder Singh in person, DB directed Senior AAG to file affidavit with regard to outcome of the meeting that was supposed to be convened on March 20/22, 2018 within a weeks’ time in terms of the order dated February 27, 2018 where by Division Bench had directed Registrar General to hold a meeting with Commissioner Secretary, Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Principal Secretary to Government ; Finance Department and Commissioner Secretary, General Administration Department and resolve all pending issues on priority basis.
