DB directives on issue relating to hygiene of girl students

JAMMU, Jan 1: A Division Bench of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court comprising Chief Justice N Kotiswar Singh and Justice Moksha Khajuria Kazmi has asked Commissioner-Secretary, School Education Department to examine the issues relating to the hygiene of the girls students in the schools.
“He assures that he will personally monitor these activities so that the grievances are addressed to the satisfaction of the concerned and also assures that by the end of this financial year, most of the issues will be resolved”, the DB observed, adding “we appreciate his stand and also request Pranav Kohli, Senior Advocate and Deepika Mahajan, Advocate to interact with the Commissioner-Secretary, School Education Department regarding the issue concerned”.
DB also asked the concerned authorities of Union Territory of Ladakh to convene a virtual meeting which will be attended by Pranav Kohli, Senior Advocate as well as Deepika Mahajan, Advocate.
