JAMMU, Mar 3: In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) raising an important issue regarding facilities of State for organ transplant, Division Bench of High Court comprising Chief Justice MM Kumar and Justice Muzaffar Hussain Attar today observed that neither order has been complied with nor any one appeared to explain the reasons for not filling the status report regarding the facility of organ transplant.
The DB directed Commissioner Secretary Health & Medical Education Department to remain present on March 10, 2014 to explain why the directions issued by the court have not been complied.
