DB extends time for completion of enquiry in Niki Tawi violence case

JAMMU, Apr 18: Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice Gita Mittal and Justice Sindhu Sharma today extended time by six weeks for completion of enquiry into Niki Tawi violence case.
The incident had taken place when Jammu Development Authority team had gone to remove the illegal structures and accordingly a suo-moto PIL was registered in which Division Bench appointed 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge Jammu as Enquiry Commission.
