JAMMU, Sept 7: Division Bench of State High Court comprising Justice Tashi Rabstan and Justice BS Walia today granted four weeks time to the State for framing Water Policy.
The DB also made it clear that in case of further non-compliance Chief Secretary will have to file an affidavit by or before next date of hearing mentioning the reasons behind non-implementation of directions.
Advocate Assem Sawhney appeared for the petitioner while as Senior AAG H A Siddqui for the State.
