JAMMU, Jan 28: Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice M M Kumar and Justice Hasnain Massodi today ordered release of vehicles, which were seized for using black/tinted films.
After hearing Advocate Rohit Kapoor for the PIL whereas Advocates BR Sharma, Vijay Gupta, YE Tak, Deepali Arora and Ankush Manhas appearing for the applicants seeking release of vehicles whereas Senior AAG Gagan Basotra for the State, the Division Bench comprising Chief Justice M M Kumar and Justice Hasnain Massodi directed the concerned police agency/traffic authority to release the vehicles after taking the undertakings.
Division Bench also directed the authorized owners to explain their position and furnish their response on or before the next date of hearing.
