JAMMU, July 2: In the much publicized PIL highlighting alleged mysterious disappearance of a minor domestic help from the residence of Judicial Officer, who was later recovered, Division Bench of State High Court comprising Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur and Justice Janak Raj Kotwal today directed the petitioner Advocate Deepika Singh Rajawat not to give any statement to media in connection with the present case without seeking formal permission from the court.
This direction was issued after the counsel for the respondents expressed concerned regarding undue publicity being given to the present case, which affects the reputation of the officer against whom the allegations have been made without any basis.
Senior Advocate Sunil Sethi with Advocates Vikram Sharma and KM Bhatti appeared for the Judicial Officer.
