JAMMU, Feb 11: In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Sumit Nayyar regarding security of courts, Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice Gita Mittal and Justice Tashi Rabstan today sought compliance report in terms of order dated 29th January 29, 2019 before next date of hearing.
DB has also sought report regarding the vehicles which have been towed away on account of illegal and unauthorized parking.
