JAMMU, Dec 12: In a PIL filed by one Ganesh Sharma seeking construction of District Court Complex in Samba, Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice MM Kumar and Justice Tashi Rabstan today directed the State to file status report.
During the course of hearing, Senior Additional Advocate General Gagan Basotra requested for some time to file status report highlighting the road map for commencement of the construction of the Judicial Court Complex including the amendment to be carried out in the site plan to avoid journey of litigants to the Court Complex through village peripheral area.
Upon this, Division Bench issued directions for filing status report before December 16, 2014.
