JAMMU, Feb 12: In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking compensation for LoC mine blast victims, Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice Bansi Lal Bhat today directed Divisional Commissioner, Jammu to forward the case of the victims for grant of ex-gratia relief to the Army Authorities within two weeks.
Advocate Deepika Singh Rajwat appeared for the PIL whereas AAGs Ravinder Sharma and HA Siddiqui for the State and ASGI Sindhu Sharma for the Union of India.
