JAMMU, Sept 28: In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Bar Association Jammu, Division Bench of State High Court comprising Justice Hasnain Massodi and Justice BS Walia today asked Senior Advocate Sunil Sethi to come up with the suggestions with regard to security and other infrastructural requirements in the court premises.
The DB observed that as per earlier order Chief Engineer was not present and his absence was justified on the ground that he was to attend a meeting at Srinagar. The DB directed him to appear in person on October 5.
