Srinagar, Sept 23: The Division Bench of High Court today directed the National Project Construction Corporation authorities to pay the service benefits to his employee by October 10.
The Division Bench comprising Chief Justice N P Vasanthakumar and Justice Hasnain Masoodi after hearing both the parties who arrived at conclusion that Rs 10 lakh as paid by National Project authorities and the same be received by the employee (Mashoor Singh Bali) closed the case and directed the National Project authorities to hand over the demand draft to the employee by October 10.
The dispute over the benefits by the authorities and employee was going on for the last 28 years through various litigations before the court of law including Supreme Court.
Court appreciated the efforts of counsel representing National Project authorities in settling the dispute between the parties.
