JAMMU, Apr 15: In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Balvinder Singh and others regarding recovery of Sales Tax from all the defaulters, Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur today directed the State to file fresh status report regarding recovery of Sales Tax up to March 31, 2015.
