RAJOURI, Sept 18: Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal, led an inspirational Convocation Ceremony in the Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Rajouri, reinforcing the district administration’s unwavering commitment to empower youth through skill-based training and education.
