JAMMU, Jan 6: The Deputy Commissioner of Samba has directed all revenue authorities and officers to refrain from registering any documents related to the sale or purchase of real estate projects that fall under the purview of the JK Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, unless registered with JKRERA.
The directive also mandates strict enforcement to prevent illegal colonies and prohibits the conversion of agricultural land for non-agricultural purposes without proper authorization, ensuring compliance with the law.
