DC takes serious note of poor BSNL services

REASI, June 20: Deputy Commissioner Reasi, Dr. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary today asked the Telecom companies to take steps to improve services in the district.
The DC had convened a meeting of the local heads of all Telecom Service Providers to discuss the problem of poor connectivity in various parts of the district.
Dr. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary asked the telecom service providers to improve their services especially the services of BSNL. He said a number of complaints are pouring in regarding poor services of BSNL in Reasi, while the services in Mahore and Ransoo -the base camp of Holy Shiv Khori Cave shrine are worst.
The DDC asked BSNL functionaries to take steps to improve the services within two weeks to avoid further inconvenience to the subscribers.
