All the Patwaris have been provided high end digital cameras for taking photographs of damaged property in remote areas as same cannot be done by the affected families in remote areas and would have delayed the process of relief disbursement. Relief to more than 80 cases of three Niabats in Reasi Tehsil will be disbursed in camps to be organized this week for speedy relief.
This was stated in a meeting of Revenue officials chaired by Deputy Commissioner Shahid Iqbal.
District has been divided into 8 zones for speedy disbursal of relief to affected families at respective Niabats after approval from district headquarter through concerned Tehsildar. General public has been advised to contact Nodal officers in case of delay in relief disbursement or in case the damages have not been assessed.
