Kishtwar, May 4: District Development Commissioner (DDC), Angrez Singh Rana today reviewed the working of Rural Development Department (RDD) including the implementation of various schemes.
The meeting among others was attended by Assistant Commissioner (Dev.) Kishtwar Anil Kumar Chandail , BDOs and AD Planning and others.
ACD apprised that in last financial year around 6419 MGNREGA works were taken and 6260 were completed while left over work are being executed this year. He said Rs 93 crore were incurred in 2018-19, which is 100% expenditure.
He further informed that against the approved 36 lakh Person Days, 41 lakh were achieved.
The DDC exhorted upon the department to complete all the houses sanctioned in financial year (2016-17, 2017-18) under PMAY scheme by the end of June.
