KISHTWAR, Mar 28: District Development Commissioner Kishtwar, Angrez Singh Rana, today convened a meeting of concerned officers and executing agencies to review the progress on Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) projects in the district.
During the meeting, threadbare discussions were held regarding various issues like hindrances caused by the public under various roads, disbursement of balanced compensation, requirement of additional compensation amount, execution work of roads and major projects in the district.
DDC instructed the concerned Collectors to expedite disbursement of compensation and ensure settlement of issues on priority so that execution of roads shall not be delayed.
He further directed the concerned to conduct a joint survey of trees and structures just after the indent is placed by any department which must be attested by Exen, CHO and Collectors.
ADC Kishtwar, (Collector) Pawan Parihar, ACR (Collector) Kishtwar, Dr. Amir Hussain, SDM (Collector) Chatroo Romin Ahmed, XEN PMGSY Kishtwar, Marwah, Chatroo, and CHO Kishtwar were present in the meeting.
