REASI, July 8: District Development Commissioner, Reasi, Babila Rakwal today chaired a meeting of officers here in Video Conference Hall of District Administrative Complex to review the developmental achievements and status of works under District Capex Budget 2023-24.
During the meeting, the District Development Commissioner took detailed sector wise review & progress under District Capex Budget including UT Capex, Area Development Fund, Aspirational Bock Development Programme & Aspirational Panchayat Development Programme in education, RDD, PDD, PHE, Health and other sectors.
She also reviewed the estimation of proposed works, Administrative Approvals, number of works tendered, allotment of works, works initiated and completed and other related issues.
The meeting was informed that a total of 3036 works which includes 2599 new works and 437 ongoing works have been taken up under District Capex 2023-24 including ADF, ABDP and APDP.
The concerned officers were asked to expedite the estimation and tendering process and complete the entire process by the end of this month. The DC also directed them to personally monitor the quality and progress of all ongoing works and make maximum use of the working season to complete all the works.
The meeting was attended by Additional District Development Commissioner, Reasi; Chief Planning Officer, Reasi; Chief Medical Officer, Reasi; Executive Engineer, REW, Reasi; Executive Engineer, PWD(R&B), Mahore/ Reasi; Executive Engineer, PMGSY, Reasi; Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti, Reasi and other officers.
