KARGIL, May 21: Chairman, District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) and District Magistrate (DM) Kargil, Baseer ul Haq Choudhary today issued orders for de-containment of Sanjak, Hagnis and Samrah villages.
“Due to non-reporting of any COVID-19 positive case after the passage of 28 days since the last reporting of last negative case, Order No: Estt-I/COVID-19/2020, dated: 02-04-2020 regarding containment of Sanjak, Hagnis and Samrah villages is hereby rescinded. However, the villages shall remain under surveillance for next 14 days,” an order issued in this regard by the DM reads.
