Poonch, Aug 13: A dead body of an old age person was found at Dundak area of Surankote in Poonch.
Officials said that, he was missing from friday morning and a search was launched to trace him but later his dead body was recovered today.
Deceased has been identified as Khan Mohd (85) son of Sher Mohd resident of Sangla Surankote in Poonch.
Family members said that he went to bye-pass potha yesterday from home and a commercial vehicle left him near Surankote but was missing after that, he drowned in river and dead body was recovered today.
Station House Officer, Inspector Rajveer said that dead body was handed over to family after doing all legal formalities.
