SAMBA, Nov 19: Ramgarh Police has recovered a dead body of a male person which was hanged to a tree in village Chang today.
The deceased has been identified as Raj Kumar, 48, S/o Durga Dass R/o Chang found. He was found hanged with a tree in a field at Chang. The police has taken cognizance in the matter and has started investigation.
