RAJOURI, July 13: The dead body of a youth was recovered from an open area near Salani bridge in Rajouri town this afternoon.
Identified as Harish Chander (27), son of Mola Ram, resident of Pathan Mohra near Old Bus Stand, Rajouri, a local noticed the body lying near the bridge and informed police. The people of the area gathered there.
On receiving information, SHO Rajouri Farid Choudhary reached the spot along with team. Police took the body into its custody and shifted to GMC Rajouri for postmortem. The medical staff found him under the influence of drugs. The police registered an FIR and started investigation into the case.
