Deadline for QSRs extended till May 31

JAMMU, May 22: The Government has extended the deadline for submission of Quarterly Self-Assessment Reports by the employees on the Employees Performance Monitoring (EPM) System to May 31, 2024.
An order in this regard was issued here by Sanjeev Verma, Commissioner/ Secretary to the Government.
The order said, comprehensive instructions have been issued for all the employees to submit their quarterly Self Assessment Report, which was required to be submitted by the first week of April, 2024.

However, it has been observed that a significant number of employees have not been able to submit their reports due to various reasons. Furthermore, various requests have been received for an extension of the submission of Quarterly Self-Assessment Reports (Jan-Mar) on the EPM.
Accordingly, the deadline for submitting the Self Assessment Report for the first quarter has been extended till 31-5-2024 and also the deadline for subsequent review by reporting/controlling officers for the first quarter has been extended till 15-6-2024 on the EPM.
Besides, the unregistered employees are required to register themselves on the portal and submit their quarterly reports, within the stipulated time.
Furthermore, Administrative Departments shall regularly monitor the submission of quarterly reports by the employees on the EPM System.
These instructions have been brought into the notice of all concerned for compliance, the order added.
