JAMMU, Apr 11: Team Mask Force (TMF) chairman, Vijay Sharma has appealed to LG Manoj Sinha to declare all Districts of Jammu as ‘Summer Zone Apple’ for its massive plantation on the analogy of Bihar which has declared seven Districts of Bihar for massive plantation of Summer Zone Apples.
He said that the seven Districts of Bihar which were declared as Summer Zone Apple are Bhagalpur, Begusarai, Aurangabad, Vaishali, Katihar, Samastipur and Muffarpur as per a notification.
“Dr. K.C Sharma-a visionary, as per former Advisor Parvez Dewan has been instrumental in initiating the move of massive plantation throughout the country,” TMF leader claimed.
“Be a part of new revolution in India and plant one Summer Zone Apple is the slogan given by Dr. K.C Sharma in his message to the countrymen,” TMF chairman said adding: “It gives us flowers and fruits up-to 46 degree. It would give fruits for your family just after 13 months of plantation as well as oxygen for others too.”
