JAMMU, Mar 2: Consequent upon the appointment of Arun Kumar Choudhary as Chairman of the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (J&K PSC), the Home Department has assigned to Deepak Kumar, Director General of Police, Prisons, J&K, the additional charge of Crime Branch, J&K.
“Consequent upon appointment of Arun Kumar Choudhary, Special Director General, Crime, J&K, as Chairman, Public Service Commission for the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, it is hereby ordered that Deepak Kumar, Director General of Police, Prisons, J&K, shall hold the charge of Crime Branch, J&K, in addition to his own duties, till further orders,” read an order issued by Santosh D Vaidya, Principal Secretary to the Government, Home Department.
