Delhi based cheat arrested by Crime Branch

JAMMU, Apr 26: A Delhi based cheat was arrested by Crime Branch Jammu for allegedly defrauded a person here.
The accused, namely Navin Goel,  son of Late  Aggersen Goel, resident of  L-47, 1st Floor Kirti Nagar, Ramesh Nagar, West Delhi, was arrested by team of Crime Branch, Jammu, headed by Inspr. Jaleel Kitchloo, in case FIR No. 07/2018 U/s 420/RPC P/S Crime Branch, Jammu.
The accused is involved in cheating the complainant of the case fraudulently for an amount of Rs 32, 00,000 on the pretext of providing him a Printing Machine-41.
After receiving the whole cost of the said printing Machine from the complainant, the accused did not make the delivery of the said machine even after the lapse of more than one year and thereafter issued cheques in favour of the complainant which got bounced for insufficient amount in his account, thereby defrauding the complainant.
The arrested accused is on Police remand with Crime Branch, Jammu for 10 days for further investigation.
