RAJOURI, Aug 16: The alarming state of the Middle School Khablan in Thannamandi has become a significant concern for the safety and well-being of the students attending the institution.
The school, which currently operates with only two classrooms, is in a deplorable condition, rendering it unsafe and unfit for educational activities.
The existing classrooms are deteriorating, with one room severely damaged from the outside, leading to extensive water seepage from all sides. This has not only made the classroom unusable but also posed a serious risk to the students and staff. The other room, which is also in a poor state, does not provide a safe or conducive environment for learning.
The lack of proper facilities has left students without a proper place to sit, forcing them to endure these unsafe conditions daily. The situation calls for immediate intervention to prevent any potential accidents or harm.
Concerned parents, and community members are urging the concerned authorities to take swift action to address these issues. The immediate repair and renovation of the school building, are crucial for ensuring the safety of the students and staff and to providing a proper educational environment.
The community hopes that the attention of the authorities will be drawn to this critical issue and that steps will be taken without delay to improve the situation and safeguard the future of the children at the Govt Middle School, Khablan.
