JAMMU, Mar 1: Income Tax Department today conducted a seminar to generate awareness among the students about the IT laws.
The seminar was conducted by S K Sharma and Hemant Gupta, Additional and Joint Commissioners of the Income Tax Department under the guidance of Principal Commissioner of Income Tax J&K Circle, Sangeeta Gupta.
The question answer session was also taken up and students were very keen to know about various aspects such as demonetisation, penal action against tax evaders etc.
Vikrant Kuthiala and ITO Manjul Raizada coordinated the seminar.
