JAMMU, Dec 21: Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs has re-distributed litigation work amongst three Law Officers in the Srinagar Wing of the High Court of J&K and Ladakh.
As per the order, Senior Additional Advocate General Mohsin-ul-Showkat Qadri has been allotted GAD, School Education Department, JKBOPEE, Jal Shakti Department and Revenue Department (Baramulla, Kupwara and Bandipora districts).
Senior Additional Advocate General Abdul Rashid Malik has been allotted Social Welfare Department, Agriculture Production and Farmers Welfare Department, Services Selection Board, Power Development Department and Revenue Department (Anantnag and Shopian districts).
Additional Advocate General Asifa Padroo has been allotted Home Department, Anti-Corruption Bureau, J&K Crime Branch, All Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act Appeals, Higher Education Department and Islamic University of Science and Technology.
J&K Power Development Corporation, Finance Department including Financial Corporation, Planning Development and Monitoring Department will remain with Advocate General J&K.
