JAMMU, July 26: A deputation of People Welfare Forum, Reasi led by Uttam Deep Sharma met Director Local Bodies Jammu and submitted him a memorandum of demands.
The deputation demanded that the road surrounding Municipal Committee land should be connected with Ram Gali and Shastri Nagar Mohalla and it should have a minimum of 12 feet width for the convenience of general public.
Other demand included construction of road on Khad Nalla approaching Bus Stand to Ward 12.
The Director gave a patience hearing to the deputation and assured that both Mohalla Ram Gali and Shastri Nagar will be connected for the facility of general public of Reasi.
Bishan Magotra, Surinder Kumar, Dev Raj Bhagat and others were also present in the deputation.
