SRINAGAR, Sept 1: In separate meetings, Jahangir Hussain Mir, Deputy Chairman, Legislative Council; Dr. Darakhshan Andrabi, BJP Spokesperson and G.M. Shah (Shaheen), President Janata Dal (United), met Governor N N Vohra at the Raj Bhavan here today.
The leaders discussed with the Governor the prevailing unrest and the difficulties being faced by people.
The Governor stressed the crucial importance of peace being urgently restored in the State and urged them to sustain their endeavours in this regard.
