Deputy Mayor inaugurates ‘Cafe 1947’

JAMMU, Nov 25: Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) Deputy Mayor, Purnima Sharma here today inaugurated a restaurant ‘Cafe 1947’ at Raghunath Bazar.
Speaking on the occasion, the Deputy Mayor said that availability of traditional Dogra food and fast food items at the restaurant besides special Indian traditional food will attract potential customers.
Congratulating owner of the restaurant Tarun Tak for introducing ‘Cafe 1947’ in Jammu, Purinma Sharma said that quality products attract potential buyers and the restaurant will make good business.
“Since the restaurant is centrally located and houses food of varied ranges, it is very likely that it will become most favoured destination,” she said.
Speaking on the occasion, Tarun Tak said that ‘Café 1947’ is a multi-cuisine restaurant serving the menu full of delicacies with Indian, Chinese and continental courses besides special emphasise laid on Dogra food.
He also claimed that ‘Café 1947’ is the only one restaurant in Jammu city which is serving huge varieties of non-vegetarian items in Dogra Food.
Varun Tak, Rohan Gupta, Tarsem Singh Rakwal and others were also present on the occasion.
