JAMMU, Aug 11: Dr Des Raj Bhagat, Deputy Secretary Health and Medical Education Department, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Department (HRM Division).
An order in this regard was issued today by General Administration Department.
